Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, appliance and more. Each property has its own preferred contractors, tried first and in order.
3. You hear back at every step
Who it went to, when they confirmed, when they're coming, and when the work is done — by text, by email, or both. Your choice.
4. Contractors keep their own card current
People, numbers, trades and service area — updated from a link texted to them, so the dispatcher always has a way to reach the right person.
